No Weigh in

No weigh in today. Trying to do it every 2 weeks instead, after going 2 weeks last time I seem to notice the loss more!

Have had a bit of a crap weekend food wise and exercise wise. I pulled my back out so have hardly been able to move yet I have still been out and about which in turn I think has made it worse :( May have to see a specialist because this keeps happening now, at least once a month.
Its on my side, sort of hips area and I cant bend over or lift. I can stand and it wont hurt and I can sit and it wont hurt but anything in between the two and its agony

We had a chinese, a mcdonalds, a lunch out in a restaurant (was only spag bol) but still and then I made burgers and chips for dinner last night, I need to get back into eating more white meat, its healthier, we seem to be eating a lot of beef at the moment. We had Steak and chips for dinner over the weekend, then beefburgers last night, we had beef meatballs one night and also beef mince for chilli con carne. I'm going to turn into a cow!
