No Weigh in today

Totally forgot all about my Weigh in this morning as was rather pre-occupied rushing around trying to get out in time for a hospital appointment.
Will just leave it till Friday now, I don't want to be weighing myself twice this week now.

Had a lovely weekend with friends visiting, didn't too great with my eating but back on track today. Although having a banana for breakfast and nothing else isn't really a great start! :)

Friday Weigh in

So we had friends to visit us this weekend, we I decided to weigh myself on Friday to see how much damage I am causing over the weekends and also because I knew that I wouldnt be able to keep on track as such this weekend with the activities we had planned.

I had lost 0.5lb since my monday Weigh in, which I was rather pleased about after STS last week, Probably due to the 4 and a half hours walking I did around Bluewater Shopping Centre on Thursday!

This weekend I had had a Chinese takeaway and a Trip to TGI Fridays to contend with but I havent done too badly. I have said no to snacks and puddings and had one treat in the form of Dairy free ice cream, which was pure heaven. Everyone should try some! A Smelly STS

My own fault, did so well this week, especially with exercise and let myself down at the weekend...again.

I know I have said it before but I am seriously wondering whether or not to change my weigh in day to a Friday, I always cock it up at the weekend.

So this week I am going to weigh myself on Friday, then again on Monday and see the difference if any.

We are so busy at the moment looking at houses, last weekend we had 9 in one day, this weekend we had another 3 and then the weekly food shop to do, then some birthday present shopping then some chores to run, fun never stops. Which means we are constantly caught out being hungry in places we shouldnt eat, e.g near junk food restaurants.

1.5 off

Another 1.5 off this week, Shame I couldnt have got that other half a pound and made it the 10lb so far this year but will work on it for next week.
I NEED a big loss next week, This little ones are not doing a lot for my confidence and motivation, at least 3lb would be fab so I am going to up my game this week.
Last week I was slacking for one reason or another but this week I have no excuse.

Weigh in day

Don't think I have lost this week, have yet to get on the scales having only just woken up, need a wee first! (Every little helps)

I am feeling slimmer, I need to do my measurements again at some point to see if I have lost any cms this month. I'm sure I have as my trousers are loser and my bra's aren't as snug. I don't mind if the weight loss isn't huge per month as at least its not going up, its slowly coming down.

Diet experts say if the weight comes off too quickly it goes back on a lot quicker if you aren't careful, so I'm happy with my 7.5lb loss for January.

Big numbers would be a good motivation I agree, but I'm not in a rush, if I take it slow then I can settle into it and keep at it rather than doing a bit, losing weight, coming off a diet and going back to the junk plan.

Tired

I am SO tired this week, I cant seem to find energy from anywhere, I wish I could have caffeine! (Gives me a headache)
Any ideas of some natural energy boosters? Keeping in mind that I can't have dairy or citrus inc citric Acid or any pork products such as gelatine.
Awkward much? ha.

Hubby and Toddler are both coming down with coughs and colds, i'm sure they will catch up with me in the next week or so, so I have that to look forward to! Hopefully with being on a low fat and lower calorie diet and not eating so much crap and junk food then I will be able to fight off the bugs a bit more. (or is that just wishful thinking?)
