Get in!!! I am SO made up with that result. I think changing the weigh in days to a Friday was a really good idea! Had a naughty weekendlast weekend but this week we have all had a cold flu virus kind of thing so havent really done any exercise or ate properly, yet still managed to lose! haha, fantastic :)
Probably put it all back on next week once I start eating properly again!
